National Medical Forum has Right to Cancel Membership if at any point it is found that the member has suppressed or has provided false information with regards to the applicant organization.
It is the responsibility of the Organization to inform the forum if there’s a change in the details of organization at a later stage.
Hospital can write to National Medical Forum if it wishes to cancel the membership any time
The membership is valid from the date of issuance of certificate onwards till it is rescinded by National Medical Forum.
