Over the last few years, while there is a growing shortage of medical professional at various fronts, yet there are many aspirants who see the field of medicine as a career opportunity. Moreover, with the rapidly advancing medical technology, there are changes to the field, which unfortunately are not being able to penetrate to the grass-root levels.
